Unsure which technology your child is most interested in? With Kidzwhiz Variety Camps, campers will get hands-on introductions to a different technology everyday, like coding, robotics, and game development. This is your child’s best portal into the world of technology, where they can find new interests and develop passions!
Check out what our campers did this week in Variety Camp!
Robotics with Ozobot
From color coding to iPad programming, there’s so much you can do with Ozobot! As show above, campers programmed the Ozobots to engage in a fun game of Ozobot Mini Golf! They also learned how to guide the Ozobot to navigate and solve mazes.
Robotics with LEGO WeDo
Campers built and programmed multiple projects involving transportation vehicles, tools and animals, with LEGO WeDo! Campers grasped concepts on building structures, sensors, and gearing.
Game Development with Hopscotch

Hopscotch is a kid-friendly app used for creating games for the iOS. Campers learned core coding concepts by dragging and dropping characters and other elements onto the screen. Campers used their creativity and problem-solving skills to create their very own games!
Coding with Scratch
Scratch is an online programming language developed by MIT where children can program interactive media such as stories, games, and animations. Campers used their creativity, problem solving, and logical thinking to design entertaining games and animations!
Robotics with LEGO EV3

Campers used LEGO Mindstorms EV3 to learn how to build solid structures, how different sensors work, motors, gears, and programming using the computer. After implementing all these components, campers brought their robots to life! It challenge them to think critically and work in a team to solve problems.
