Summer Camp 2025 Highlights: Featuring LEGO Robotics, Roblox Game Development, AI, Coding with Scratch and Python

June 30th – July 4th, 2025

This summer was packed with creativity and innovation across all our camps! We ran multiple camps at 3 locations: Kidzwhiz Markham, City of Markham community centres, and City of Vaughan community centres. Our LEGO Robotics students engineered smart cars that could navigate mazes all on their own, mastering sensors and logic along the way. In Coding with Scratch, campers trained an AI model to recognize hand gestures—then used those gestures to control their very own interactive games! Our Roblox Game Development students designed thrilling worlds complete with enemies, power-ups, and challenges that kept players on their toes. Meanwhile, our Python coders brought their programming skills to life by creating an action-packed “Shoot the Fruit” game. We’re absolutely thrilled and proud of every student for their imagination, teamwork, and the awesome projects they brought to life this summer! See highlights of what they achieved below.
